Whistleblowing

Integrity is how we work. This page explains how anyone connected to Unelma — employees, contractors and partners — can report suspected misconduct without fear of retaliation.

What to report

• Bribery, corruption or financial misconduct.
• Violations of law or company policy.
• Data privacy or security breaches.
• Harassment, discrimination or workplace misconduct.
• Environmental or safety violations.

How to report

Email whistleblowing@unelma.dev with as much detail as you can — dates, people involved, and supporting evidence where it exists.

Confidentiality

Reports are handled in confidence. Your identity stays protected unless the law requires otherwise.

No retaliation

Reporting in good faith is protected. Retaliation is itself a violation of our policies and may result in disciplinary action.

Investigation

Every report is reviewed and, where appropriate, investigated. We aim to acknowledge reports within 7 days and conclude investigations within 90.
