Your rights under EU data protection law

GDPR

Unelma protects the personal data of EU and UK residents under the General Data Protection Regulation.

Legal basis

We process personal data on four lawful bases: performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests, and your consent.

Your rights

  • Access — request a copy of your data.
  • Rectification — correct what's inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Erasure — ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Restriction — limit how we process it.
  • Portability — receive it in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting prior processing.

Data transfers

Where data leaves the EU/EEA, it's protected by safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
