Copyright and content reports

Designers on Unelma publish their own work. If something on the site infringes your rights or is illegal, tell us and we will act on it.

Report copyright infringement

Send a notice to copyright@unelma.dev with:

• Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
• The work you say has been copied, or a link to it.
• The exact address on unelma.dev of the material you want removed.
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We remove or disable what a valid notice identifies, tell the person who posted it, and close the accounts of repeat infringers.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed by mistake, reply to the removal message with your name, address and telephone number, the address of the material before it was removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you live, and your signature. We pass it to the person who complained and restore the material within 10 to 14 working days unless they tell us they have gone to court.

Report other illegal content

Anyone can report content they consider illegal, such as counterfeits, trade mark misuse, or a picture of a person used without consent, to copyright@unelma.dev. Say where it is and why you consider it illegal. We confirm receipt, decide without undue delay, and tell both you and the person who posted it what we decided and why. Either of you can ask us to look again by replying to that message.
